Sony Rewards App Redesign
The opportunity
Sony Rewards needed a digital overhaul—something modern, intuitive, and built for ongoing engagement. Following the RFP win, I led visual direction on the native app and web platform redesign, collaborating closely with Creative Director Dustin Klare.
We reimagined the experience around gamification: goals, levels, personalized content, and weekly features that bring members back again and again. The result is a more dynamic, repeatable engagement cycle that fuels program growth and increases reward redemption.
This redesign reinvigorated the Sony Rewards ecosystem by increasing repeat engagement and driving deeper member interaction with the brand.
