The opportunity
Sony Rewards needed a digital overhaul—something modern, intuitive, and built for ongoing engagement. After the RFP win, I led visual direction on the redesign of the native app and web platform under the creative direction of Dustin Klare.
We reimagined the experience around gamification: goals, levels, personalized content, and weekly features that bring members back again and again. The result is a more dynamic, repeatable engagement cycle that fuels program growth and increases reward redemption.
